Terms & Conditions
- Goods and Services Tax (GST) 18% would be best goods supplied on the Total Bill. Charges will be applied if the chance of sending Electronics / Medicines / Eatables / Wood and So forth. Charges are 1500/- + GST.
- We provide packaging services. The customer wish if they need to pack the stuff on its own or we will also seal it properly. If the package is not fit for international delivery, the parcel will be in our warehouse and it will be a additional charges.
- We give door to door service with call support and online. There is a slab of 0.5 kg till 15 kgs and a slab of 1 kg thereafter. Mandatory to give two ID proofs of the sender.
- The higher dimensional weight will be charged. To check the volumetric dimensional weight of your parcel/boxes go to our weight calculator page.
- In case if you send the restricted items, they will be returned to your door, charges apply. Must be a business/working day. There might be customs delays which would be beyond the Company’s control and would not be held responsible for the same.
- Whenever Customs duty applied, will be paid by the receiver and the Company doesn't have any economic returns for it.
- Prices mentioned above for Non Commercial consignments only. Estimate time takes parcel to reach within the working days from Chennai.
- Booking charges of INR 500 wiil be applied for International courier. It will be rearrange in your final invoice copy.
